Summit One-Day at Red Rocks is open to men and women who are serious about growth, leadership, and becoming the people others can count on. People from different backgrounds, professions, and beliefs are welcome. Faith may be part of some stories, but it's not a requirement for participation.

For men ready to go further, the Summit Men's Retreat is a three-day continuation in the Colorado mountains, April 20 to 22, with April 23 as the return-travel day. A smaller group heads into the mountains to slow down, reflect, and build on what began at Red Rocks.

Summit One-Day gives you the room, the conversation, and the connections, and it keeps you in the loop on the next Summit and Retreat. It does not include Community access on its own; you're welcome to join a Community call as a guest to see what the Circle is all about.
Full Circle membership, including weekly posts, private conversation, and the ongoing archive, is reserved for men who complete the Men's Full Summit Experience, whether paid in full or reserved with the $500 deposit. If you attended Summit One-Day and want in, the path is the Men's Full Summit Experience above, your Community access begins the moment you register or reserve, not after the Retreat itself.
