Summit One-Day and the Full Summit Experience.
This policy applies to registrations and deposits for Lead Bulletproof Summit 2027, including Summit One-Day and the Full Summit Experience.
Community access is not automatically included with every Summit registration. Paying for the Men's Full Summit Experience in full includes one year of Lead Bulletproof Community access, beginning immediately. Reserving with the $500 deposit also grants Community access immediately, running through the Summit itself; attending the Summit automatically extends that access to the full year.
Summit One-Day is open to men and women and limited to 65 guests. The Summit Men's Retreat is for men and limited to 24 participants.
Early Bird pricing is available through September 30, 2026, while capacity remains. Regular pricing applies from October 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Late pricing applies from February 1, 2027 until registration closes on March 28, 2027, subject to availability.
A $500 deposit, available only through September 30, 2026, holds one of the limited Retreat or Regroup places and locks in the Early Bird price for this Summit, regardless of later pricing changes within this registration cycle. The deposit applies toward the total registration cost and is not an additional fee. This deposit option applies only to the Men's Full Summit Experience and the Women's Summit Experience, not to Summit One-Day. For the Men's Full Summit Experience specifically, the deposit also activates Community access immediately, running through the Summit; attending automatically extends that access to a full year. The Women's Summit Experience does not include Community access.
For the Men's Full Summit Experience, the remaining balance is $1,300. For the Women's Summit Experience, the remaining balance is $900. Both balances are due no later than March 28, 2027, when registration closes. If the balance is not paid by that date, the Full Experience reservation is released, though the attendee's Summit One-Day access, included with the deposit, is retained. The deposit itself is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
The deposit option ends September 30, 2026. After that date, registration for the Men's Full Summit Experience and the Women's Summit Experience requires payment in full at the pricing tier then in effect.
All registrations and deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable because Summit capacity is limited, and for the Men's Full Summit Experience, Community access begins immediately. If an attendee must cancel, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, any Community access already granted will be extended for one additional year.
Cancellation notices must be sent by the person who purchased the registration.
Summit One-Day and the Summit Men's Retreat involve outdoor activity, travel, and time at elevation in a remote mountain setting. These activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, changing weather, uneven terrain, and travel to and from remote locations.
By registering, attendees acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own discretion. Lead Bulletproof and Lead Edge Group, LLC encourage all attendees to consult a physician before attending if they have any health concerns, and to bring appropriate gear and medication for mountain conditions.
Transportation is not included. Lodging is included only with the Full Summit Experience and only for the dates stated in the registration description. Summit One-Day lodging is separate. Personal expenses, additional lodging, and travel arrangements are the attendee's responsibility.
If Lead Edge Group, LLC cancels the Summit, registration fees paid will be refunded. If the event is postponed, registrations will be moved to the new date and attendees will be given a reasonable opportunity to request a refund. Travel, airfare, additional lodging, and other personal expenses are not reimbursable.
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact information, following venue and lodging rules, and communicating relevant dietary or accessibility needs in advance. Participation may be declined or ended for conduct that threatens safety or materially disrupts the experience.
