The Summit Men's Retreat is a three-day continuation of Summit One-Day, for men ready to go further: CEOs, founders, pastors, and leaders of leaders who know that leadership isn't meant to be carried alone. A smaller group heads into the Colorado mountains to slow down, reflect, and build on what began at Red Rocks.

For those who lead with a kingdom-minded perspective, this time in the mountains is also a chance to reconnect with faith as a source of strength. Whatever you bring, you're welcome here.

The Setting

Red Rocks to Spring Canyon.

Summit One-Day begins outside Denver at Red Rocks: natural stone, open sky, and a setting built for perspective. From there, the Retreat continues into the heart of the Rockies at Spring Canyon Conference Center, at the base of Mount Princeton and surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest. No crowds and no noise. Just altitude, honest conversation, and men who sharpen each other.

The $500 deposit option ends October 31, 2026. After that date, registration must be paid in full at the applicable price. The $1,300 balance is not charged automatically; you pay it by March 28, 2027. If it isn't paid, only the $500 deposit is forfeited, and you keep your Summit One-Day seat.

Red Rocks Summit is open to men and women. One day, no deposit, no commitment beyond the day itself, a lower-key way to see what Lead Bulletproof is about before deciding on the Men's Full Summit Experience.

Nonrefundable and nontransferable.

If your wife is able to join us, your registration includes a $400 gift for her. Invite her to the inaugural Women’s Regroup. While you’re at the Men’s Retreat, Barbara Gustavson is leading a parallel retreat for women at Spring Canyon, on the same days and with the same getaway experience. This is not a marriage retreat. Each of you will have your own time, your own group, and your own space to reset.

To honor the men who bring their wives to this first Women’s Regroup, Barbara is blessing your wife with a $400 Spouse Voucher toward her Women’s Summit Experience when you register for the Men’s Full Summit Experience and she registers for the Women’s. Email us before she registers and we’ll send her Spouse Voucher.

The $500 deposit is nonrefundable. All Summit registrations and deposits are nonrefundable because Community access begins immediately and capacity is limited. A Full Summit Experience seat can be given as a scholarship to someone you name or released to our scholarship pool.
